Message from founder Andrea Lucas

If you don’t move your body to keep it strong, you’ll be more prone to pain, injuries and other niggles that all get in the way of staying active.

 

All ages can feel the benefit of Pilates.

 

We work with people at all stages of life.  Newly-retired, working mums, sports people. People like you.

 

For some, the kickstart that gets them going is an injury. Others want to recover more quickly post-surgery.

How can we help you move better today?

We run a large timetable of Pilates, Reformer and online classes.  Our online classes are both live on zoom and via our online channel of 140+ prerecorded classes. 

Our in person Pilates classes are held in various community venues in Lisburn, Hillsborough and Dromore.  Our reformer classes take place in our Hillsborough and Dromore studios. 

Most people who find us online try our free taster class. It’s a great way to get moving right now and find out if Pilates is for you.

Reformer

Unlike other large studio classes, our reformer Pilates sessions are 1 to 1 basis or small groups (max 5).  This means we can tailor everything for you.

 

Reformer Pilates suits all levels, from beginners to advanced. Highly specific exercises help you reach your goals faster.

Barre

This low-impact, bodyweight workout combines ballet-inspired moves with strength and cardio exercises to target all your muscle groups. Barre is a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that combines different postures, stretching, and breathing techniques.

Bike Fit

If you cycle, you need a proper Bike Fit to feel comfortable on your bike, perform better and prevent injury.

 

Our full Bike Fit includes biomechanical assessment. You leave knowing your optimum bike position, preventing common pains in your knee, hip and lower back.

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is different to hill walking, trekking and trail running. You learn a specific technique using two poles, training more muscles than the legs alone.  

 

This full-body workout exercises the upper body more than ordinary walking.
