All Active Pilates classes are fantastic. I had never done Pilates before and had heard lots about their benefits. Andreas classes are pitched perfectly at all levels of ability and I was amazed at how quickly my body improved in flexibility in a short time. The classes are very relaxed and do not make you feel self-conscious. Andrea constantly checks on your technique so that you can feel confident that you are doing the exercises properly and getting the maximum benefit. I love the classes. They are fun and give me a chance to take time out for ‘me’ in life’s hectic schedule. 

Well planned and organised. The hour flies by – you feel as if you have had a good workout with expert tuition. Andrea is very alert to anyone who is having difficulty with equipment or movement.
