Unlike other large studio classes, our reformer Pilates sessions are 1 to 1 basis or small groups. This means we can tailor everything for you.
Reformer Pilates suits all levels, from beginners to advanced. Highly specific exercises help you reach your goals faster.

If you cycle, you need a proper Bike Fit to feel comfortable on your bike, perform better and prevent injury.
Our full Bike Fit includes biomechanical assessment. You leave knowing your optimum bike position, preventing common pains in your knee, hip and lower back.
We also give you a personalised exercise programme, to stretch and strengthen your body and prevent injury.
