You must pre-book your place.
Classes run in 4-8 week blocks.
Each class lasts 55 minutes.
We recommend initial one-to-one assessment if you have a current/recent injury.
When booking a class you will be required to complete an online registation form
Fabulous classes.
Andrea provides us with a varied programme and a different piece of equipment each week. All set to challenge our individual abilities. There are always different levels to each exercise which Andrea will demonstrate to the class.
Andrea will walk around the room, gently manoeuvring us into the correct position if necessary.
I come away from the classes relaxed, stretched and enjoy a better nights sleep that evening.
I have just finished my first block of sessions, now started another set, and I have already noticed a big difference with my back pain. Andrea ensures that you are performing all the moves correctly and at your own pace. I find it very relaxing and enjoy each of the sessions which are always varied with different types of apparatus. Highly recommend the classes .
