All Active Pilates classes are fantastic. I had never done Pilates before and had heard lots about their benefits. Andreas classes are pitched perfectly at all levels of ability and I was amazed at how quickly my body improved in flexibility in a short time. The classes are very relaxed and do not make you feel self-conscious. Andrea constantly checks on your technique so that you can feel confident that you are doing the exercises properly and getting the maximum benefit. I love the classes. They are fun and give me a chance to take time out for ‘me’ in life’s hectic schedule.

My Pilates makes me feel so good. I have trouble with my knees and have osteoporosis and from starting Pilates a year ago it has definitely helped me and I feel a lot less pain in my knees and joints. As someone who has never attended a Pilates class before, and didn’t quite know what to expect, I now love it and look forward to Kerry's class each week.
I have not exercised in years and felt really apprehensive about coming but Kerry makes the class enjoyable and I really feel it has made a huge difference to me.
The classes are enough of a challenge but without being too difficult but was also really good craic.
It is a relaxed course which gives healing benefits to joint pain etc. The course uses different apparatus (bands/ balls etc) which makes each week different.

I joined All Active when I was suffering from a bad back. Through physio sessions with Andrea and weekly Pilates classes with Kerry I felt massive improvements with my back. I now attend the Pilates every week to ensure I get a good stretch and build up my core muscles. Its also very relaxing too. Thanks Andrea & Kerry.
