Andrea Lucas

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

All Active’s founder, Andrea is passionate about helping her clients to move better and feel better.  Having overcome some serious injuries including spinal surgery herself, Andrea loves helping others do the same.  She loves the boost that exercise gives your health and wellbeing.

  • MSc in Advanced Practice in Physiotherapy.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine & Exercise.

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

  • Chartered Physiotherapist with 20+ years physio experience, 10+ years as Pilates Instructor.

  • Fully certified APPI Pilates & Reformer Instructor.

  • Trained in antenatal, postnatal, all small equipment, Pilates for cyclists, golf, running, scoliosis, spinal surgery, menopause and the arc barrel. 

  • Clinical Bike Fitter.

  • Nordic walking Instructor.

  • ​Years of experience as a sports physio for various teams and within hospitals and outpatient clinics. 

  • Keen sportsperson - cycling, running & tennis. 


Debbie McClure

Admin assistant and Pilates instructor

Debbie McClure is a born organiser who loves meeting people and is passionate about Pilates!

  • BA (Hons) Business Management degree

  • 20 years experience working in Sales and Accounts

Debbie started her Pilates journey with Andrea’s daily zoom classes in lockdown to help strengthen her niggly knees and relieve her shoulder pain. She was amazed at the improvement in such a short time and having experienced the benefits of Pilates was inspired to train as a Pilates Matwork Instructor herself.

Debbie is passionate about health and fitness and likes to keep active in her spare time by walking, playing tennis and of course practising Pilates.

Catherine Moore

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor 

Following her children’s birth, Catherine attended Andrea’s Pilates classes and was inspired to become an instructor herself, because of how much better she moved and felt.


  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. 

  • NHS Physio since 2006 (clinics in Royal Victoria Hospital, then Senior Physio at Musgrave Park Hospital specialising in Orthopaedics).

  • Pilates-trained in APPI Matwork and Reformer 1, 2 & 3.

  • Specialist Pilates training in menopause and Osteoporosis


Suzanne Harkin

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor 

Physiotherapist with specialist interest in Balance and Vestibular rehabilitation. 

Suzanne has been teaching Pilates and using it through her physio practise since taking the full APPI Matwork series 10 + years ago. She loves how the modified Pilates programmes can help people of all ages ,levels of fitness and mobility stay strong and flexible. It’s principles incorporate all the important systems in our body that help us balance and stay strong.

Kerry Sloan

Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

In her day job as a physio, Kerry often refers patients to Pilates. That’s because she sees the benefits over and over again. Kerry loves helping patients get more confident through exercise.

  • Specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience in public health, A&E, inpatient wards, fracture clinic, orthopaedics, paediatrics, outpatients and community.

Katie Campbell

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor 

Having swam for Ireland with a few injuries along the way Katie quickly realised the importance of Pilates within her rehab programs. She loves how anyone of any ability can exercise safely to feel strong and maintain flexibility.

  • Bsc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne

  • Specialist respiratory physiotherapist at the Belfast Trust

Libby Robinson

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor 

Libby gets satisfaction from watching her clients improve in both their physical and mental wellbeing and enjoys challenging them to progress in their Pilates and Reformer classes.

Anita McBriar

Reformer and Barre instructor

Anita first came to Pilates to help her ballet training. After a few sessions she was completely hooked. Anita enjoys seeing the transformation Pilates brings - better posture, more body awareness and easier movement.


  • Royal Academy of Dance registered teacher (Advanced level 2 Ballet, Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies from Royal Academy of Dance, London). 

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (trained in Matwork & Reformer at Stott Centre, Canada.

Sue Small

Pilates & Reformer Instructor


Sue Small developed a keen interest practicing Pilates 16 years ago due to pelvic dysfunction during her first pregnancy.  She decided on a career change  having previously worked in health promotion after her second baby. 

  • Qualified as Matwork level 3 teacher July 2011 & reformer March 2022

  • Has experience working with many clients who require specialist care such as pre & post natal, osteopenia, osteoporosis, scoliosis, children & teenagers, 

  • A keen runner herself she has also designed Pilates programs for performance

  • Reformer instructor at All Active Pilates


Kirsty Stirling

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor


Kirsty loves musculoskeletal rehab and Pilates and has a passion for providing the most optiumum care for all her clients

  • Enthusiastic about looking after her own health on a daily basis which ensures she best positioned to help her clients in a compassionate, motivational way.

Hollie Thompson

Pilates & Reformer Instructor


Hollie loves to encourage others to try pilates to build strength and feel confident in their body and its ability. Hollie's classes are set in a warm, supportive, and encouraging environment with a highly engaging and effective Pilates flow. 

  • Qualified as Pilates and Reformer instructor in 2022 after completing a comprehensive BASI Pilates teaching course in London 

  • Started Pilates at a young age as part of her conditioning program as a ballet dancer.

  • Enjoys horse riding, watersports and loves keeping active- in the outdoors.

  • Passionate advocate for the functional, physical, mental and aesthetic benefits that Pilates can bring.

Anna loves to see people improve week on week, whether its their first time in a handstand or finding postures with more ease after a couple of classes.

Gareth Ward

Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Gareth loves helping his clients progress with a combination of hands on physio and rehabilitation

  •  Worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS for 21 years. 

  • Extensive experience in treating ankles, knees, hips, backs, necks and shoulders and an extended scope interest in sports injuries.

  • Worked in private practice and with elite athletes in Irish League soccer, County level GAA, Rugby and Athletics.

Aaron Sergeant

Sports Massage therapist

Although he often works with elite athletes, Aaron believes that sports massage is for anyone with tight muscles who enjoys staying active or has a desk-bound job.

  • Studied Sports & Media at University of Liverpool.

  • Triathlete & football fan.

  • Previously worked with Glenavon FC & Northern Ireland at age grade level.

  • Works with other international athletes (badminton, tennis, bowling, hockey, waterpolo & athletics). 


Chris Warden

Sports Massage therapist

Chris’ interest in sports and training recovery originates form his experience as a professional swimmer,  this was a natural progression into massage therapy, specifically in the area of sports massage and range of motion assessments, working alongside treatment plans developed by physiotherapists.


  • Level 2 qualified Sports Massage Therapist since May 2021

  • Qualified Swimming Teacher for Non-Swimmer, Beginners & Improver (stages 1-4)
