Sports massage however is not just for elite athletes, it is for everyone who likes to keep fit and actually a lot of his work is with clients who are simply sat at a desk all day and experience tightness around the shoulders, neck and back.

We are looking forward to him getting started helping our clients at All Active Pilates and Physio and providing a sports massage clinic to compliment our current treatments and classes.
