What are the yoga classes like?
All our yoga classes are held in our Hillsborough studio, just a few minutes from Lisburn and Belfast. Our qualified yoga teacher will guide you through each posture. The Yoga Flow classes are designed to be an accessible practice to anyone and beginner friendly. Following the same structure each week, you will gain confidence in your alignment and postures as you find the flow. Flow-based exercises and balancing sequences will support mobility and strength.
Do you run advanced yoga classes?
If you want more of a challenge, then opt for our Yoga Fit classes in Hillsborough. These are a step up from the Yoga Flow. Expect a great core workout, warrior flows and strengthening poses. You will follow the same sequences each week, gradually building up your strength in the poses. As your familiarity grows, so will your confidence and you will see yourself improve.

We also offer Kids Yoga in our Hillsborough studio. Sessions are filled with breathing exercises, yoga poses, a yoga story and some calming arts and crafts. Kids will also get to have a relaxation session at the end. Children will be given tools to help regulate their emotions and be taught positive affirmations to build self-esteem. Anna Leckey is All Active Pilates & Physio’s highly experienced yoga instructor. Qualified in Bikram Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, Intermediate Yoga and Rocket Yoga! Anna teaches a range of classes tailored for all levels – from beginners to more experienced yogis!
