All Active zoom Pilate classes were brilliant. Trying to juggle homeschooling, work commitments and hibernation was no walk in the park and I could feel my mind flagging and my body sagging. The classes are pitched for all abilities and because Andrea can see you on the screen she can make sure that you are doing them properly.
