Our studio in Hillsborough, near Belfast offers a variety of fitness classes, including the popular Barre Pilates classes. This is a great workout that will give strength and flexibility while also being incredibly enjoyable.

What is Barre? 


This low-impact, bodyweight workout combines ballet-inspired moves with strength and cardio exercises to target all your muscle groups. Barre is a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
