Class Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline important details about your participation in our classes.
1. Booking and Payments

All classes must be pre-booked via our online booking system, Wellness Living. If you need help with booking classes, please contact us at hello@allactivepilatesandphysio.co.uk.

Full payment is required to secure your place in a class. Payment can be made through our online platform using a valid credit or debit card (except American Express).

Cash payments are accepted if received in advance and left in a named envelope with one of our instructors.

Membership payments by direct debit can be set up directly with us.

Introductory offers, class packages, and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Group Classes: Please cancel any classes you are unable to attend with as much notice as possible. You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel within this period, your class credit will be returned to your account.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of the class credit.

No shows: If you fail to attend your class without cancelling it there will be a £10 fee applied to your account.

Private Sessions: Private sessions require 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this window will incur the full session fee.
3. Membership Freezes

Memberships may be frozen for up to 8 weeks during July and August with one month’s notice.

Additional freezes outside this period are subject to All Active's discretion and may require supporting documentation (e.g. medical reasons).
4. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations that could impact your ability to participate in class.

If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, please let us know before booking, so we can ensure appropriate modifications for your safety.

Always follow the instructor’s guidance during class, and be mindful not to exceed your physical limits.

If you experience any discomfort or injury during a class, stop immediately and inform the instructor.
4. Class Intensity and Exercise Risks

Class Intensity: Classes begin at a low intensity and gradually progress based on your fitness level and the level of class you attend. If signs of fatigue or excessive strain are observed, we may pause the session. However, you are free to stop at any time if you feel fatigued or uncomfortable.

Exercise Risks: Participating in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including abnormal blood pressure, fainting, irregular heart rhythms, and in rare instances, more serious conditions such as heart attack, stroke, or death. While we take every precaution to reduce these risks, your body’s response to exercise cannot always be predicted. We will monitor you throughout the class, but please inform us immediately if you feel unwell or experience any issues during the session.
5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your class.

Late arrivals may be refused entry to avoid disruption and to ensure a safe and thorough warm-up for all participants.
6. Class Etiquette

Wear appropriate workout attire and bring a water bottle and towel if needed.

For hygiene reasons, we recommend that all participants bring a small folded towel or head cushion to their class.

All participants are expected to wipe down any mats or equipment used during the class using the wipes provided.

Please respect other clients' space and the peaceful environment by keeping noise to a minimum during the class.

Mobile phones should be switched off and not used during the class.
7. Refunds and Expiration

Class packages, memberships, and introductory offers are non-refundable.

Class packages may have an expiration date. It is your responsibility to use your class credits within the stated timeframe.
8. Personal Belongings

All Active Pilates and Physio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

Please keep valuables with you at all times.
9. Consent and liability

By attending any classes at All Active Pilates and Physio, you consent to participating within your own capabilities. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor if any exercise feels too challenging or causes discomfort. Please notify the instructor of any changes to your medical status.

By participating, you also cknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your participation.

You agree that All Active Pilates and Physio, the instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes.
10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be stored securely and used only for class purposes, such as bookings, updates, and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

11. Changes to terms
All Active Pilates and Physio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated to members and clients through email or posted on our website.
