Membership Cancellation Policy

When you join on a membership plan, you’re committing to a set term with a fixed monthly rate. Our discounted 12-month memberships offer the best value — but please note the following if you choose to end your membership early:

• Early Cancellation Adjustments: If you cancel your 12-month membership before the end of the term, your monthly rate will be adjusted to reflect the shorter commitment period. For example, if you cancel after 3 months, your fees will be recalculated at our standard 3-month membership rate, and the difference will be due.

• Example:
  If your 12-month membership was £84/month and the equivalent 3-month plan is £90/month, we will apply the 3-month rate for the months used and charge the difference.

• Discount Reversal:
  Any introductory discounts (e.g. 50% off your first month) may also be reversed if the minimum term commitment isn’t met.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. If you’re considering cancelling early, please contact us in advance so we can guide you through the process.
