Choose from a large timetable of in person classses in Hillsborough, Lisburn & Dromore. We also have 2 live-streamed online classes and over 100 pre-recorded classes on our online channel which you can do anywhere and in your own time.
Our signature classes
Our classes run in 7/8 week blocks but don't worry if you have missed the start of the course. Let us know and we will fit you in if we have availability. We can also add you to our waiting list if classes are full

You must pre-book your place by booking online or contacting us.
Classes run in 7/8 week blocks.
Each class lasts 50 minutes.
We recommend an initial one-to-one assessment if you have a current/recent injury.
When booking a class you will be required to create an account with a username and password and complete an online registration form.
Make up sessions - if you miss a class we can offer you another class time within the same course (subject to availability). Read our make up policy here.
Andrea provides us with a varied programme and a different piece of equipment each week. All set to challenge our individual abilities. There are always different levels to each exercise which Andrea will demonstrate to the class.
Andrea will walk around the room, gently manoeuvring us into the correct position if necessary.
I come away from the classes relaxed, stretched and enjoy a better nights sleep that evening.
I have just finished my first block of sessions, now started another set, and I have already noticed a big difference with my back pain. Andrea ensures that you are performing all the moves correctly and at your own pace. I find it very relaxing and enjoy each of the sessions which are always varied with different types of apparatus.
