With many of us now working from home and spending a lot more time indoors - regular exercise and movement has never been more important.
Working with laptops on your knees or at a kitchen table or generally not moving as much as you have done is not good for our bodies and can lead to stiffness and pain.
This short video includes just a few of the many exercises that we do in our Pilates classes to help mobilise the spine. This one specifically targets the lower and upper back areas. We hope that you enjoy it.
