Meet our client of the month - Emma
We’re excited to introduce our Client of the Month: Emma Wallace 🎉
Emma has been part of our community for many years and her dedication to both running and Pilates is so inspiring. Over recent years, she’s taken on countless events — from 5Ks and 10Ks to half and full marathons. Now, she’s preparing to tackle the incredible 46km Wicklow Ecotrail this month! 🏃♀️💪
Here’s what Emma shared about her Pilates journey:
💜 “The main benefit of Pilates for me has been improving my core strength and stability, which has helped with running posture and reduced the risk of injury. On non-running days, Pilates is the perfect active, low-impact recovery — improving mobility and preventing tightness.”
💜 “One of my favourite Pilates exercises is the glute bridge, as it has really helped strengthen my glutes and improve control. It’s one I do regularly at home too!”
💜 “I’ve been doing mat Pilates for 8 years now and it’s definitely part of my long-term fitness plan. The flexibility of the All Active programme makes it so easy to fit into my lifestyle.”
